Paulina Pfeiffer

The Swedish soprano Paulina Pfeiffer has been acclaimed for her warm generous voice and genuine stage presence. She made her operatic debut in 2006 as Margaretha in Boito’s Mefistofeles at Södra Teatern, Stockholm and has since then had an international career. Among the highlights can be mentioned Adalgisa in Norma and the engagement in John Adam’s A flowering tree, both at Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, Judith in Bluebeard’s Castle in Bogota and several roles at the Royal Swedish Opera.

Paulina made her debut at the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm singing Mimi in La Boheme, followed by Adalgisa in Norma, Judith in Bluebeard’s Castle and later on returned as Mimi once again, this time under the baton of Lawrence Renes. She had the great honour to sing at the Nobel Prize Ceremony in Stockholm 2011. She sang her first Amelia in Un ballo in maschera at Folkoperan in Stockholm and participated in a concert version of Mozart’s Mitridate, Re di ponto in Stockholm, singing Sifare.
